Product Description

Shredded wheat is a breakfast cereal made with 100% whole wheat. Shaped into small woven pillows, or biscuits, the dried wheat softens with milk (or milk substitute) to make a tasty and nutritious meal. In the 1970s it was considered impossible to eat three shredded wheat in one sitting, but those were different times.
