Sword Potato Scones

• Potato scones. Not really like scones. Not really like potatoes. However, they clearly fall under the genus of savoury scones which are unparalleled when it comes to full, cooked breakfasts. They pair beautifully with baked bean sauce and soak up any bacony residue, or spilled egg yolk, that may occur when you are devouring your fried brekkie. Easily heated under the grill or in a toaster, they are floury and potatoey and good. Try them buttered.
