• Certified by the Soil Association, Heath & Heather have been harvesting herbs and botanicals for over a hundred years, resulting in a collection of delicious drinks for your degustation. Heath and Heather Imperial Matcha is blended with with Chinese sencha, South India green tea & Japanese matcha for an uplifting, naturally sweet and lively flavour. Following the twelfth-century teachings of Eisai Myoan, matcha is used by Buddhist monks to keep them alert and focussed for long days of meditation. This blend is, however, naturally caffeine-free.

Preparation and Usage
