Despite being more of a patty which is unrestrained by any sort of casing, this is definitely a sausage. Great in sandwiches (it's the perfect shape for sliced bread), breakfast muffins (it arguably puts the Scottish Mc- in one international fast food purveyors sausage and egg -Muffin) and full Scottish breakfast, each pack contains 14 slices of sausage. Storage

Keep frozen. 

Preparation and Usage

Grill from frozen - Place sausages under a pre-heated moderate grill for 12-15 minutes turning frequently.

Shallow Fry from frozen - Pre-heat a little oil in a frying pan. Fry the sausages over a medium heat for 12-15 minutes, turning frequently.
