Product Description

• Also called Zante currants or Corinth currants, currants are like smaller, sweeter, more tangy relatives of the raisin. They are dried fruits, made from the small and seedless black Corinth grape and are thus smaller, and generally more intense, than other dried grapes like sultanas and raisins. Ideal for baking, they light up any currant bun, fruit scone, oatmeal cookie or spotted dick.
