Ingredients
Potato, palm oil, wheat flour (8%), salt, water, thickener: oxidised starch (E1404) (wheat), chili pepper, onion powder, paprika powder, black pepper, sugar, yeast extract, rapeseed oil, garlic powder, chilli extract, acid: citric acid (E330).
Preparation
Deep fryer: Deep fry small quantities of Spicy Wedges in hot oil (175°C/347°F) for 3-4minutes. Oven: Place Spicy Wedges on a baking sheet in a pre-heated oven at 230°C/446°F/Gas 8 for 12-15 minutes, turning halfway through cooking time
