Al-Wadi Tahini (or Tahina as it's also sometimes known) is not only one of the most satisfying things you will say today, it is also a premium tahini made from 100% toasted ground hulled sesame seeds. An essential ingredient for homemade houmous, it is prevalent in many other Middle-Eastern dishes, such as savoury baba ghanoush and sweet halva. When you open the jar, it can be fun to say "open sesame."
